What You'll Be Doing:

Welcome customers and guide them through the wash process Keep the site clean, organized, and running smoothly Safely operate car wash equipment and prep vehicles Recommend wash packages and promote monthly memberships Assist customers with questions and provide a great overall experience

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Good communication and customer service skills Sales mindset (ability to upsell services is a big plus) Attention to detail No experience? No problem — we train the right people. Hourly + tips ($13-$26 potential) Flexible scheduling (full-time & part-time available) Fun, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with the company
