In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles on the lot by performing exterior wash and wipe-down procedures. Responsibilities Thoroughly wash and wipe down vehicle exteriors to remove dirt, dust, and debris using appropriate cleaning tools and products Ensure all vehicles on the lot are presentable and meet company standards for cleanliness and appearance Apply detailing techniques such as buffing or polishing when necessary to enhance vehicle shine Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, supplies, and equipment Assist with basic car wash procedures, including rinsing, drying, and spot cleaning as needed Support janitorial tasks around the lot, including trash removal and surface cleaning to uphold a professional environment Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for any exterior damage or issues that may need attention Requirements Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills to interact positively with team members and visitors Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, or vacuums safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is advantageous for moving vehicles around the lot Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in vehicle presentation Physical ability to stand, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift Knowledge of car wash techniques, detailing processes, or window tinting experience is a plus Join us in creating an inviting environment where vehicles look their best!
