In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality detailing services to our clients at their preferred locations. As a Mobile Detailer, you will ensure that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including exterior washing, waxing, and polishing. Conduct interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and wiping down surfaces. Utilize buffing techniques to restore vehicle paint and enhance shine. Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked for detailing services. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences. Drive to various locations to perform detailing services in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in car wash and detailing processes is highly desirable. Proficiency in buffing techniques to achieve optimal results on vehicle surfaces. Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment used in automotive detailing. Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Familiarity with window tinting techniques is an advantage but not mandatory.
