Detailer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services to ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in car care, customer service, and automotive maintenance within a professional environment. Prior experience in custodial work, janitorial services, or car detailing is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning Apply buffing techniques to restore vehicle paint and remove minor scratches or imperfections Use specialized tools and products for polishing, waxing, and window tinting as needed Ensure all vehicles meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation before delivery or customer pickup Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks around the facility as required Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns professionally Skills Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, or related automotive services is preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques and custodial practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use detailing products safely and effectively Basic driving skills with a valid driver's license preferred Attention to detail to ensure high-quality vehicle presentation Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with window tinting techniques is a plus but not mandatory This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in automotive care and customer service to grow their skills within a professional setting.
