Responsibilities include greeting customers in the vacuum area, answering questions, and promoting available services and memberships. Associates prepare vehicles for the tunnel by performing pre-wash tasks such as pre-scrubbing and bug removal, dry vehicles to ensure a spotless finish, and assist with self-service vacuum stations. They help maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the lot, vacuum area, and customer facilities, address hazards promptly, and follow all safety protocols while wearing required PPE. This role also involves monitoring supply levels, restocking towels, collaborating with Tunnel Operators, CSAs, and management to ensure smooth operations, and engaging with customers post-service to confirm satisfaction and encourage positive Google reviews. Welcome customers in the vacuum area, answer questions, and provide information about available services and memberships. Prep vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, including pre-scrubbing, bug removal, and other pre-wash tasks. Dry vehicles as assigned to ensure a spotless finish and customer satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, vacuum area, and customer facilities, including sweeping, removing debris, and ensuring signage is visible and in good condition. Assist customers with self-service vacuum stations, troubleshoot minor issues, and offer guidance on wash options. Monitor the site for trash, spills, or hazards and address them promptly to maintain a safe environment.' Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing PPE as required and actively identifying potential hazards. Collaborate with Tunnel Operators, CSAs, and management to keep operations running smoothly, especially during busy periods. Track and report inventory levels for supplies such as towels, cleaning materials, and signage, and restock as needed. Engage with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and encourage positive Google reviews when appropriate.
