Job Overview - Soapy Whips Mobile Detailing Soapy Whips Mobile Detailing is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. As a mobile detailer, you'll travel to client locations and provide high-quality vehicle cleaning and detailing services. From deep interior refreshes to polished exteriors, you'll help us deliver the top-tier experience our clients expect.

Responsibilities:

Perform full-service vehicle detailing including vacuuming, shampooing, hand washing, waxing, and protective treatments. Drive to client locations with company-supplied tools and equipment to perform mobile detailing services. Polish and buff exterior surfaces to enhance shine and remove light imperfections. Apply ceramic wax, trim restoration, and other finishing products as needed. Maintain and clean detailing tools and mobile equipment. Deliver exceptional attention to detail while meeting Soapy Whips quality standards. Provide friendly, professional service to clients on-site. Safely operate and move client vehicles when required.

Schedule & Hours:

Appointment-based schedule that varies by day Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, or occasional weekends, depending on client bookings Flexible availability preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in automotive detailing (interior & exterior) Skilled in polishing, buffing, and applying protective coatings Strong attention to detail and time management Great customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Ability to work independently in a mobile setting Why Join Soapy Whips? When Working With a Team Member $20 per job + 5% commission of the total detail price + 50% of the tip When Working Alone (Higher Pay) $40 per job + 10% commission of the total detail price + 100% of the tip Working solo means full responsibility for the detail — so you earn double base pay, double commission, and the full tip. Our Biggest Package (Premium Detail) For our largest package: $90 flat rate + tip (when working with someone) $180 flat rate + full tip (when working alone) At Soapy Whips , the more efficient and skilled you are, the more you can make in a day. We reward quality, speed, and reliability.
