The Yard Worker will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by ensuring that the yard is safe, clean, and efficient. Duties Cleaning boats to ensure that they are presentable for sale Pressure washing, sanding, bottom painting, and Detailing boats Operate and maintain power tools for various tasks. Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials and equipment throughout the yard. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or team members. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
