Overview Join our dynamic team as an RV Detailing Specialist and bring shine and freshness to our customers' beloved recreational vehicles! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for transforming RVs through thorough cleaning, polishing, and detailing processes. Your attention to detail and passion for vehicle care will ensure each RV looks pristine, providing owners with a sense of pride and satisfaction. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle maintenance, customer service, and professional detailing. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of RV exteriors and interiors, including washing, vacuuming, dusting, and upholstery care Execute buffing and polishing to restore vehicle paintwork and achieve a high-gloss finish Apply window tinting films where applicable, ensuring proper adhesion and a flawless appearance Conduct quality inspections to ensure all detailing standards are met or exceeded Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, supplies, and equipment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns about the detailing process Assist with light janitorial tasks such as trash removal and surface sanitizing to uphold cleanliness standards Requirements Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work preferred; janitorial experience is highly valuable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to operate various cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, buffing techniques, and window tinting applications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for any driving responsibilities involved Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks required for detailed cleaning Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols diligently This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering top-quality vehicle care.
