Automotive Detailer

About the Position We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can move quickly while still maintaining high quality standards. You will be responsible for cleaning and detailing a variety of vehicles, including European and luxury cars. Attention to detail, speed, and the ability to follow directions are key to success in this role. Responsibilities Wash and detail vehicles inside and out Thoroughly clean wheels, tires, and undercarriage Vacuum interiors, trunks, and hard-to-reach areas Clean dashboards, vents, consoles, door panels, and upholstery Clean windows, mirrors, and trim to a streak-free finish Apply interior and exterior dressings and protectants Perform light polishing and assist with buffing when needed Use detailing tools and equipment properly Keep work areas clean and organized Follow instructions and shop procedures Work on multiple vehicles or tasks at the same time Maintain a fast pace without sacrificing quality Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to work quickly and efficiently Willingness to learn and improve Ability to take direction well Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of car detailing; buffing experience is a plus Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license required Previous detailing experience preferred but not required Work Environment Busy, fast-moving automotive shop Team-oriented atmosphere Variety of vehicles and daily tasks Opportunity to develop professional detailing skills Who We Are Looking For This job is ideal for someone who: Works fast and stays productive Pays close attention to small details Can handle a fast-paced environment Follows instructions accurately Is comfortable juggling multiple tasks Takes pride in making cars look great
