Position Summary:

We're looking for a Ceramic Coating Installer / Detailer who takes pride in their work and cares about doing things the right way. No detailing experience is necessary—we're willing to train the right person who's reliable, coachable, and has a passion for cars.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and prep vehicles for ceramic coating applications Perform basic detailing tasks (interior and exterior) Assist with ceramic coating application (training provided) Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow proper procedures and care techniques for high-end vehicles Interact professionally with team members and clients Handle vehicles with care and attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

A passion for cars and pride in your work Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Previous experience is a plus, but not required
