Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that boats are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for yacht care. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vessels, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing surfaces. Conduct interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and wiping down surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Inspect vessels for any damages or issues that may need attention and report findings to management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met during the detailing process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Requirements •MUST•have experience in detailing or Marine detailing services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with buffing/polishing, cleaning products and techniques used in Marine care. Experience in washing boat Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
