This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for professionals who take pride in their work, deliver excellent customer service, and want to be part of a high-performance team. This role is competitive and highly rewarding . Our top detailers earn strong hourly pay plus additional incentives by delivering outstanding results and creating great customer experiences. Compensation $20-$30 per hour average pay based on experience Performance incentives and upsell bonuses Consistent 40-50 hours per week available Opportunities for advancement as we expand What You'll Be Doing Perform professional mobile detailing services (interior, exterior, paint care, etc.) Travel to customers using company vans and equipment Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle and equipment Ensure every vehicle leaves looking exceptional Requirements Clean driving record (required) Professional detailing experience (required) Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to upsell services honestly and effectively Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions Ability to lift equipment and stay physically active throughout the day Who Thrives in This Role Detailers who treat every vehicle like their own People who enjoy interacting with customers and building trust Self-motivated professionals who take pride in efficiency and quality Individuals who want a long-term opportunity, not just another job We are building a team of top-level detailers , and we compensate accordingly.
