We are seeking part time and full time applications to join our growing team! We are looking for self motivated, team focused, customer service-oriented individuals who are seeking a career they enjoy! Position Benefits Paid Time Off
  • (1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked) Medical Insurance
  • Paid for by Sweetwater Car Wash.
Additional coverages available (Vision, Dental, Life insurance, Disability Insurance, and more!). All insurance plans are eligible based on full time hours worked (average of 30 hours) and an eligibility period of 60 days. Flexible scheduling Free car wash weekly & discounts on oil changes, waxing, and car interior cleaning. Growth opportunities as our team expands into new areas. Additional positions that offer commission based pay in addition to our starting pay as a Car Wash Attendant. 1 Week Paid Vacation
  • Based on annual average hours up to 40 hours Direct Deposit
  • No checks. No Hassle. Pay Starts at $15.00 per hour + tips. Tips are pooled and distributed to all team members in the tip pool. Tips may vary depending on wash volume and seasonal weather. Annual average payout is approximately $2-3 per hour per week. Sales Commission is also offered for selling wash club plans. Hours worked are paid weekly every Friday after your work week (Monday
  • Sunday).
Growth Opportunities Our management teams are all promoted from within our company. When building new locations, team members from within are identified to manage, maintain, and operate new locations. Learn about automotive cleaning even if you have no experience (none required). Requirements Must have a Driver's License or Permit Be able to present identification and proof of work eligibility for US I-9 Verification Search I9 documents online Examples are Driver's License & Social Security Card Have or acquire bank account with ability to direct deposit Candidates must be comfortable interacting with customers and providing outstanding customer service.
