Responsibilities Perform thorough exterior washes using professional equipment and techniques to remove dirt, grime, and road debris. Conduct detailed interior cleaning, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, cleaning windows, and deodorizing vehicles. Apply polishing, buffing, and waxing to enhance vehicle appearance and protect paintwork. Use custodial skills to maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized workspace. Assist with additional services such as window tinting or minor cosmetic repairs when trained. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, explaining services offered, and ensuring satisfaction. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning processes to prevent damage to vehicles or injury to yourself. Requirements Prior experience in car washing, detailing, or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality results. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling. Good communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is advantageous for moving vehicles or equipment. Basic knowledge of cleaning products, buffing techniques, and vehicle maintenance is a plus. Experience in custodial or janitorial roles can be beneficial for maintaining cleanliness standards.
