Overview Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer service! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for providing thorough car washes, detailed cleaning, and finishing touches that leave every vehicle sparkling. Responsibilities Perform high-quality car washes using various techniques including hand washing, pressure washing, and automated systems Conduct interior and exterior detailing to ensure vehicles look their best, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface polishing Apply buffing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance shine Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Assist customers with their vehicle needs while providing friendly and professional customer service Operate driving equipment or vehicles when necessary for moving cars within the facility Conduct quality checks on completed services to ensure standards are met or exceeded Requirements Prior experience in car wash operations, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and detailed cleaning work Knowledge of car wash techniques, detailing processes, buffing methods, and window tinting is a plus Experience with janitorial or custodial duties demonstrates attention to cleanliness and organization Valid driver's license or ability to operate small vehicles within the facility is advantageous Willingness to learn new skills related to vehicle care and customer service Join us in creating a welcoming environment where vehicles shine and customers leave smiling!
