Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Attendant and be the driving force behind delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning experiences! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service while efficiently performing car wash, detailing, and custodial tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every vehicle leaves looking pristine and every customer feels valued. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle cleaning needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently, including automated systems and hand-washing stations Perform detailed vehicle cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, window cleaning, buffing, and polishing to achieve a spotless finish Conduct interior and exterior detailing, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, and applying protective treatments like window tinting when required Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to uphold safety and hygiene standards Assist with light maintenance of equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards promptly Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about services offered and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all technical tasks Experience in car washing, detailing, or automotive care is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customers Familiarity with driving vehicles in a safe manner is a plus Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques such as buffing, window tinting, and interior detailing is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks including bending and lifting, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding vehicle care!
