Starting Pay:
$14.00 per hour About Upscale Detail Co. At Upscale Detail Co., we specialize in premium automotive appearance services including paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, window tint, paint correction, and high-end detailing. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Job Responsibilities As an Automotive Detail Technician, you will: Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing Wash and decontaminate vehicles Prepare vehicles for paint correction and ceramic coating installations Assist with ceramic coating applications Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and equipment Work alongside experienced technicians on luxury, exotic, and everyday vehicles Follow company procedures and quality standards Deliver exceptional attention to detail on every vehicle Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Positive, coachable, and eager to learn Dependable with excellent attendance Punctual and professional Detail-oriented with pride in producing high-quality work Able to lift 50 pounds or more Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback A team player with strong communication skills Capable of making sound decisions and showing leadership potential In possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Pass a Drug Test Perform under stress and delivery quality results Automotive detailing experience is preferred but not required. We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals.
