Job Overview:

The associate will be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles to the highest standards using our established processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, wax, polish, and detail new as well as older vehicles to a high standard, both interior and exterior Maintain a clean, debris-free, organized work environment to enhance dealer experience and safety. Utilize buffing and polishing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment Drive vehicles to and from designated areas within the facility Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to represent the organization positively Our detailers play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our partners and ensuring Vehicle Appearance Services' core values are represented daily to help the business succeed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality results Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and accuracy Excellent customer service and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other team members Knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in automotive detailing Willingness to follow established procedures for maintenance and equipment operations Joining our team as a detailer or service wash offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of Vehicle Appearance Services.
