Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities available. About Us Iowa Mobile Detailing is a growing, veteran-owned detailing company serving Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and surrounding areas. We provide both mobile and in-shop detailing services and are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. As we continue to grow, there will be opportunities to learn additional automotive services and advance into leadership roles. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing Vacuum, shampoo, steam clean, and extract vehicle interiors Wash, decontaminate, and protect vehicle exteriors Apply waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings (training available) Drive company vehicles to mobile appointments Maintain a clean and professional work environment Communicate professionally with customers Follow company processes and quality standards Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions Prior detailing experience is preferred but not required Growth Opportunities We are looking for long-term team members, not just employees.
