Automotive Detailer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a strong work ethic. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, plastics, shampoo, washing, waxing, ceramic, buffing, PPF and more. Drive vehicles safely to and from the detailing area. Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and report them to management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in the detailing process. Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques and products to enhance service quality. Experience Previous experience in automotive detailing is required. Familiarity with car wash techniques, buffing methods, ceramic coating, polishing and window tinting is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A valid driver's license is required for driving vehicles during the detailing process. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Reliable and punctual. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
