Duties Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior enhance vehicle appearance. Conduct detailed interior cleaning such as vacuuming, upholstery wiping, dashboard polishing, and trash removal to ensure a clean cabin. Use specialized tools and products for detailing tasks like paint correction, scratch removal, and applying protective coatings. Maintain cleanliness of the work area by performing janitorial duties and ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained. Assist customers with vehicle-related questions and provide excellent customer service throughout the detailing process. Drive vehicles safely within the lot or designated areas when necessary for movement or positioning. Complete documentation of services performed and communicate any additional vehicle needs or issues to management. Experience understanding cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Experience with car wash services or automotive detailing enhances your ability to perform thorough vehicle care. Familiarity with buffing, polishing, window tinting, and other detailing techniques is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure clients feel valued and satisfied with their vehicle's appearance.
