The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our car wash operations. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash selections. Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel Performs general business duties and responsibilities as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including custodial duties to ensure a safe and tidy environment. This includes performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment and handling cleaning products.

65% Customer Interaction 25% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining) 5% Opening/Closing Procedures 5%

Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties Job Requirements:

Communication skills including active listening. Willing to learn sales and customer service skills. Ability to anticipate customer needs. Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers. Ability to work as a team. Willing to learn point of sale register. Strong work ethic and professional attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including one weekend shift.

EXPERIENCE

Customer service and some sales experience preferred but not essential.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Stand and walk throughout the workday. Use of hands; reach with hands and arms. Climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel. The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions. The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions. The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs. Occasional exposure to noise.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others. This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision after training and instruction.
