This role involves cleaning, buffing, and detailing vehicles to enhance their appearance and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, using appropriate tools and products. Conduct detailing tasks including buffing, waxing, and polishing surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish. Ensure all windows are cleaned inside and out, providing a clear view for customers. Manage the car wash process efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the detailing area and storage of supplies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Utilize proper techniques for window tinting when applicable. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash services is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in automotive detailing. Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus, showcasing an understanding of cleanliness standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate various vehicles safely.
