Car Wash Attendant

New Wave Car Wash is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Car Wash Attendant. This role is integral to ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our car wash facility.

Sign In Bonus:

$500 In this role, you'll wear many hats and conquer a variety of tasks, including: Greeting customers with a warm smile and positive attitude. Explaining our car wash packages clearly and engagingly, highlighting the benefits of each option. Directing vehicles safely into the wash tunnel, following all safety protocols. Visually inspecting vehicles for pre-wash needs, like loose items or antennas that need to be lowered. Promoting our membership program and educating customers about its advantages. Keeping up with daily car wash operations, such as restocking cleaning supplies or emptying trash cans. Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

Thrives on exceeding customer expectations and building rapport. Has a natural sales mentality and enjoys achieving goals. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is a team player with a positive and can-do attitude. Can work independently and take initiative when needed. Has a basic understanding of car washing procedures (a plus). Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
