Duties Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles, focusing on paint, bodywork, interior, and mechanical components to identify imperfections or defects. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to assess vehicle systems and ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform detailed cleaning, buffing, and detailing to enhance vehicle appearance, including window tinting when applicable. Oversee car wash procedures and janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work environment. Assist with customer service by explaining inspection findings, addressing client concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the process. Support custodial tasks such as maintaining cleanliness in work areas, detailing bays, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly sanitized. Drive company vehicles for inspection or transportation purposes, adhering to all safety protocols. Qualifications Prior experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, or custodial work is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of automotive cleaning techniques, including window tinting and general detailing. Experience with janitorial or custodial duties that require attention to cleanliness and organization. Ability to operate diagnostic technology and automotive tools efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles as needed.
