Important Information This position is for our new Franklin Township location opening the first week of August 2026. New hires will train at our Greenwood location, located at 49 Mercator Dr., Greenwood, IN 46143, before transferring to the Southport Road location upon opening. What You'll Do- Create awesome guest moments. Greet every driver, explain wash options, process payments with a smile, and help guests choose the right wash or membership. Run the wash. Activate equipment, pre-spray extra-dirty cars, and guide vehicles safely onto the track. Keep us spotless & safe. Tidy bays, unclog vacuums, empty trash, and follow safety procedures every shift. Own the lot. Perform quick visual inspections, direct traffic, and jump in wherever teammates need a hand. Schedule at a Glance Work 2-3 shifts per week with a blend of weekday and weekend availability Weekday shifts: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 3:30 PM start available for students Weekend shifts: Saturday or Sunday, same blocks as above This is a high-energy, fast-paced outdoor role year-round You're a Great Fit If You… Bring an upbeat, courteous vibe—rain, shine, heat, or snow Can stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for an 8-hour shift Have basic math/computer skills and a smartphone for team communication Are pursuing or have finished a high-school diploma Love working fast and supporting a tight team
