Tim Short Chevrolet GMC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Vehicle Detailer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring all vehicles—both new and pre-owned—are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and presented in top condition for customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors Vacuum and shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and wipe down interior surfaces Apply protective finishes to exteriors and interiors as needed Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues Prepare vehicles for delivery, display, or service return Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous detailing or automotive experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
