Position Summary:

The primary responsibilities of this position include cleaning and detailing vehicles at our Louisville location for wholesale and retail customers. Here you'll enjoy the benefits of working as part of a team in a healthy, enjoyable environment. Duties Critical to

Success:

Maintain business relationships to increase our clients' profits Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure longevity of accounts/business Have an eye for detail Perform cleaning and detail duties to customer vehicles Work with accounts/or sales managers on a regular basis to increase quality of service to accounts

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age Must have a valid Driver's License Professional demeanor and appearance High School Diploma or equivalent General computer skills Work in all elements of weather Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work independently Regularly required to stand and walk. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, climb and perform repetitive motion tasks Mode of transportation

Language Requirement:

All applicants must be able to speak, read, and communicate effectively in English to ensure safety, teamwork, and operational efficiency in the workplace.

Compensation:

As an automotive detailer you will receive a generous commission plan with a guaranteed daily minimum. In addition to that, you will have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through bonuses. The average salary for this role is 45-50k. Growth=
