  • Working in the Apartment industry since 1990.
Duties include:
Painting for resurfacing. Cleaning, preparing, striping, sanding for resurfacing in Apartment Communities. Resurface painting tubs, showers, tile walls, counter-tops and cabinets. Requires wearing respirator ( no beard ) and other protective gear for safety. Cleaning site after work is complete.
Job requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Good Driving record no more than 2 pts for Speeding or Crashes
  • Can lift 50 pounds
  • Dependable , detail oriented, hands-on service, hard worker
  • Personal vehicle for work Required (local travel, truck preferred )
  • Drug free environment
  • Drug testing required
  • Background check
  • Clean Record, No Felonies
