About Detail Delivery Detail Delivery is a rapidly growing premium mobile detailing company based in the South Shore of Massachusetts. We currently cover 40+ towns in Massachusetts. We specialize in high-end interior detailing, paint enhancement, ceramic coatings, and long-term vehicle care for clients who expect professional-level results and service. We are currently expanding throughout Massachusetts, with new North Shore and Worcester locations launching, along with a potential physical shop location planned for later this year. We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who want more than just another detailing job. Position Overview We are hiring Detail Technicians to perform high-level mobile detailing services throughout the South Shore area. This role involves both interior and exterior detailing, customer interaction, and maintaining the Detail Delivery standard on every vehicle. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality work, works efficiently, and wants to continue improving their skill set within the automotive detailing industry. Responsibilities Perform professional interior and exterior detailing services Deep clean carpets, upholstery, leather, plastics, wheels, and trim Complete decontamination washes, clay bar treatments, and paint enhancement services Apply ceramic coatings and protective treatments Maintain high-quality finishing standards on every vehicle Communicate professionally with customers on-site Properly maintain tools, products, and equipment Represent the Detail Delivery brand professionally at all times What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and work efficiently alongside colleagues in a team environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous detailing experience is strongly preferred, especially with: Paint polishing Deep interior cleaning Ceramic coatings Paint decontamination However, we are willing to train the right person if they are motivated, dependable, and serious about learning the craft. Candidates who already own a truck, van, or mobile setup they are willing to use for jobs may qualify for higher starting pay and faster advancement opportunities.
