Job Description

MaxWax Marine is looking for a reliable, hands-on lead boat detailer to help deliver high-end marine detailing and restoration work.
Responsibilities:
Wash, compound, polish, and wax boats to a high standard Interior/ exterior cleaning and light restoration Assist with gelcoat/fiberglass repairs and coatings (training provided) Prep boats for delivery and seasonal maintenance Maintain tools, materials, and a clean worksite
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors and around boats Reliable transportation Marine or detailing experience preferred (not required)
