Automotive Detailer

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working automotive detailer to join our team at Deer Pond Auto. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, and it plays a direct part in the customer experience. When a car leaves our shop, it should feel clean, refreshed, and cared for, that's where you come in. What you'll be doing: Interior and exterior detailing of customer vehicles Vacuuming, shampooing, and deep-cleaning interiors Washing, drying, and hand-finishing exteriors Cleaning wheels, tires, windows, and trim Applying waxes, sealants, or protectants as needed Prepping vehicles for delivery after service or repair Keeping your work area clean and organized Noticing small details others might miss and fixing them What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail Ability to stay on your feet and move throughout the day Dependable and shows up on time, ready to work Works well independently but can also support the team when needed Prior detailing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person

Minimum Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to be on your feet and move throughout the day Reliable and punctual Able to follow instructions and work independently Willingness to learn and take feedback

Experience:

Prior detailing experience is a plus, but not required What matters to us: At Deer Pond Auto, we care about the quality of the work and the reputation of the shop. Customers trust us with their vehicles, and how those vehicles look when they leave matters just as much as the repair itself.

Pay:

$23.84 - $28.71 per hour
