Car Detailer Spade detailing Sudbury, MA From $18 an hour - Full-time From $18 an hour - Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Car Detailer and bring vehicles to their highest shine! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the appearance of a variety of vehicles. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure each car looks its best, providing exceptional customer satisfaction. This position offers a fast-paced environment where your skills in auto detailing and vehicle cleanliness will truly shine. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior cleaning to meet high standards of vehicle presentation Ceramic coating paint correction Mobile details Operate automotive buffers, polishers, and other detailing tools safely and effectively to achieve optimal results Maintain a clean and organized auto detailing facility, including janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Assist with vehicle inspection processes to identify areas needing special attention or repairs Use safe work practices at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during heavy lifting or equipment use Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their vehicles meet expectations Qualifications Prior experience in auto detailing or at an auto detailing facility is highly preferred Knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques, buffing, and polishing tools is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when handling equipment or vehicles Familiarity with car wash procedures and vehicle maintenance standards Strong understanding of safe work practices in a busy environment Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients Experience with window tinting is a plus but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for mobility around the facility Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication to vehicle cleanliness makes a real difference!
