This hands-on role involves supervising staff, ensuring high-quality service, and actively participating in washing commercial vehicles, and performing trailer washouts. The Truck Wash Lead serves as the primary customer contact, coordinates workflow, inspects completed work, creates invoices, processes payments, and helps maintain a safe, efficient, and professional work environment. This position requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities Lead and support truck wash employees during daily operations. Perform and assist with washing vehicles and trailer washouts. Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure quality standards are met. Greet customers, explain services, and resolve concerns professionally. Capture before-and-after photos/videos for social media. Create invoices, process payments, and maintain service records. Monitor equipment, supplies, and facility cleanliness. Enforce safety procedures and maintain efficient workflow. Qualifications Previous lead experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Fluent in English and Spanish. Basic computer and invoicing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors. Comfortable working around large commercial vehicles and equipment.
