This position is ideal for someone who is hardworking, reliable, fast-paced, and willing to learn. You do not need to have professional detailing experience to apply, but you do need to be coachable, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-moving environment. As a helper, you will assist our lead technicians throughout the day by handling important support tasks and helping maintain an efficient workflow. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door in the detailing industry and grow within the company. For the right person, this role can develop into a more independent position over time . As you prove reliability, improve your skills, and learn our process, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and work your way toward becoming a full-time specialized auto detailing technician . What You'll Do Vacuum interiors Remove trash and clean floor mats Clean wheels, tires, and door jambs Assist with washing and drying vehicles Wipe down interior surfaces Help set up tools, towels, chemicals, and equipment Restock supplies and keep work areas organized Help clean and reset the van or shop at the end of the day Float between technicians throughout the day depending on where help is needed Assist in mobile jobs at customers homes and workplaces What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic Able to work on your feet in a physical environment Good attitude and willing to learn Able to follow directions and pay attention to detail Comfortable working around dirty vehicles, pet hair, stains, and messes Team player who can move with urgency Preferred But Not Required Prior detailing, car wash, or automotive experience Experience with cleaning, labor, or hands-on work Valid driver's license Schedule / Hours This position starts at part-time , but can transition into full-time depending on your availability. Hours will vary depending on the schedule, but we are mainly looking for help during our busiest production hours. Shifts will typically fall during the daytime with a typical start time of 9:00am . Pay Starting pay is $15 to $17.00 per hour , depending on experience, work ethic, and overall fit. There is opportunity to increase your earnings over time through tip share, performance-based bonuses, commission incentives, and growth within the company , with top performers having the potential to earn $25+ per hour . There is room to grow into a larger role over time for the right person.
