Route 23 Auto is a busy, family-owned used car dealership and extreme detail shop located in Flint, MI. We take pride in offering clean, high-quality vehicles and professional detailing services to our customers, and we're looking for an experienced Auto Detailer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and wants to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

Full interior and exterior vehicle detailing Paint decontamination, waxing, buffing, and polishing Shampooing carpets and seats Cleaning engines, wheels, and door jambs Preparing vehicles for front-line sale Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the detail area

Requirements:

Prior auto detailing experience required Experience using a machine buffer/polisher

Reliable transportation Must show up on time and ready to work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team
