In this energetic role, you will assist in preparing vehicles for sale or service by performing detailed cleaning, painting, and minor repair tasks. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in auto body repair, painting techniques, and vehicle maintenance while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with vehicle detailing, including cleaning exteriors and interiors to meet dealership standards Support auto painting processes using airless paint spraying equipment and buffing tools to achieve flawless finishes Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer as needed Help with auto body repairs such as minor dents, scratches, and cosmetic damage using hand tools and power tools Aid in vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic mechanical inspections Handle heavy lifting of parts and vehicles safely while adhering to safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained Requirements Prior dealership or auto body shop experience is highly preferred Knowledge of welding techniques and mechanical systems is a strong plus Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, auto painting equipment, and airless paint spraying systems Experience with auto glass installation or repair is desirable Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, auto restoration, and auto estimating processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in auto body repair or auto painting is highly valued Join us if you're eager to grow your automotive skills in a lively setting where your contributions truly make a difference!
