Role Description We are actively seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Boat Detailers to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and impeccable appearance of customer boats and personal watercraft. You will work with a range of materials, including gel coat, wood, metal, and fabrics. Your expertise will involve thorough cleaning, polishing, waxing, and various other detailing tasks, all aimed at delivering outstanding service to our customers. This is a seasonal position from May 1st to at least June 1st Cleaning and detailing: Provide detailed work for customers watercraft to include but not limited to: Wash, wax, and polish boat exteriors and interiors. Remove oxidation, scratches, and other cosmetic blemishes. Clean and maintain engine components. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Keep work areas clean and organized. Adhere to strict deadlines and time management requirements. Skills and Qualifications Ability to work in all weather conditions. Strong time management and organization skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of boat maintenance and repair. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
