Auto Detailer / Dealer Vehicle Prep Romeo, MI Guaranteed Training Pay → Performance Pay Opportunities Full-Time | Monday-Friday Optional weekends available for employees looking to make additional income Join the Team at Rite-Way Auto Reconditioning Rite-Way Auto Reconditioning is a busy and fast-growing detailing and vehicle reconditioning shop in Romeo, Michigan. We are currently looking for experienced detailers to help handle our large volume of dealership vehicles and production detailing work. This is NOT primarily a high-end show car detailing position. We are looking for rockstars who can: Detail interiors and exteriors of dealer vehicles Port and transport vehicles to dealerships Handle fast-paced production-style detailing Keep vehicles clean, consistent, and delivery-ready If you like staying busy and working around vehicles, this is a great opportunity. Pay Structure We believe hard work should be rewarded. Guaranteed training pay during the training period while learning our systems and processes After training, employees transition into performance pay opportunities Most employees earn between $15-$30+ per hour depending on production, efficiency, and quality The harder you work and the more productive you become, the more money you can make.
