In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional car wash services while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness are essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a strong focus on delivering high-quality service. Duties Perform exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns regarding services offered. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including custodial duties to ensure a safe and organized environment. Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols. Inspect vehicles for damages before and after washing to report any issues to management. Assist in training new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Experience Previous experience in a car wash or automotive detailing environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks thoroughly and efficiently. Experience in customer service roles is highly valued, as you will interact directly with clients. Familiarity with car wash equipment and custodial practices is beneficial. A valid driver's license is required for operating customer vehicles during the wash process.
