00 per hour (based on experience and ability) Join One of the Brainerd Lakes Area's Growing Automotive Appearance Specialists Next Dimension Detailing is seeking a motivated, positive, and customer-focused team member to help us continue delivering exceptional results and experiences for our clients. We are not your typical car wash or volume-based detail shop. We specialize in premium detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and vehicle appearance enhancement services. We take pride in our craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. If you enjoy working around vehicles, take pride in producing high-quality work, and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities
  • Perform interior and exterior detailing services
  • Assist with paint correction and polishing services
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Participate in vehicle inspections and quality control procedures
  • Assist customers during vehicle check-in and pick-up
  • Document vehicle condition through photos and notes
  • Represent the company professionally and provide exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive detailing experience strongly preferred
  • Paint correction and machine polishing experience highly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable learning new products, techniques, and procedures Additional Skills That Are a Plus
  • Window tint installation
  • Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Marketing or social media experience
