Due to the growth of our company and the need to better serve our customers we are looking for you! What does a Detailer do? Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests Operate power washer, air hoses, vacuums, buffer and other equipment to meet service expectations. Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles. Move, park and deliver vehicles to correct locations. Other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license. Strong ability to follow directions. Listen, learn and follow the process. Must have strong attention to details. Must have a positive attitude. Be prepared to work approximately 40 hours per week full time. Team players only! You will work with multiple departments and many different people so you need to be able to communicate effectively with many people. Know your work makes a difference! Your work supports sales and gives customers satisfaction. First impressions of a clean vehicle will make or break sales. You will have support! We have a veteran staff to teach, assist and train new skills. You may be asked to perform other duties. With additional responsibilities comes additional pay. Must be adaptive to and embrace change.
