Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, window tinting, and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance Conduct detailed interior cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing to ensure vehicles are spotless inside and out Buff and polish vehicle surfaces to restore shine and remove minor scratches or blemishes Assist with general janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining cleanliness in the service area Drive vehicles safely within the dealership lot or designated areas for movement or positioning purposes Support custodial duties by maintaining organized workspaces and ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns professionally and efficiently Experience Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and window tinting tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for vehicle movement tasks Experience in janitorial or custodial roles demonstrates reliability in maintaining cleanliness standards Basic understanding of automotive care practices is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms vehicles into works of art while delivering exceptional service.
