Position Summary Take pride in making boats look their absolute best? We're looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Boat Detailer to join our marina team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in an active outdoor environment, and is passionate about delivering showroom-quality results that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities Wash, wax, polish, and detail boats of all sizes to maintain premium appearance standards Clean interiors, upholstery, compartments, and flooring with precision Prepare boats for customer delivery, showroom display, and on-water demos Perform oxidation removal, buffing, and gel coat care as needed Inspect boats for cleanliness, cosmetic quality, and presentation readiness Maintain detailing supplies, equipment, and work areas in organized condition Assist with basic marina support tasks when needed Other duties as assigned. Location & commitments Full-Time On occasion, you may be required to work additional days Schedule work week may change based on seasonality and staffing needs Service & Office setting located at 4370 Osage Beach Pkwy, Osage Beach, MO 65065

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Experience in boat, auto, or marine detailing preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Ability to work efficiently in outdoor conditions Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and work around boats safely Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude Pride in producing polished, customer-ready results Requirements Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to haul, launch, and secure boats/trailers safely and efficiently Must be able to pass Missouri boater safety requirement (if applicable) Boating or marine industry experience is a plus!
