We are seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer/Manager to lead our detailing department while actively performing vehicle detailing. If you have strong detailing skills, leadership experience, and a passion for excellence, we'd love to hear from you. Qualifications High-speed buffing and wet sanding experience required. Previous body, paint correction, or mechanical experience is a plus. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to operate a manual transmission (stick shift) required. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the detailing department. Lead, train, and mentor detailing staff. Ensure all vehicles meet company quality standards before photography, showroom display, or transport. Perform high-quality detailing, paint correction, buffing, and wet sanding as needed. Coordinate deliveries and maintain delivery schedules. Complete detailing checklists accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailing supplies, equipment, and inventory. Monitor productivity and workflow to meet deadlines.
