We're building a professional, quality-focused service operation where vehicle presentation and consistency are treated as a standard—not an afterthought. Position Overview We're hiring a Detailer to join our opening team and help set the tone for quality from day one. This role supports service customers and internal needs by producing clean, consistent, customer-ready finishes on a wide range of vehicles. A minimum of 3 years of professional detailing experience is required. Key Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior detailing to a consistent, customer-ready standard Wash, vacuum, wipe down, and finish vehicles with attention to detail and efficiency Clean and dress wheels, tires, trim, glass, and door jambs for complete presentation Perform interior shampoo/extraction and stain removal as needed Use proper chemical handling and detailing procedures to protect vehicle finishes Identify and report cosmetic issues, damage, or concerns needing additional attention Maintain a clean, organized detail area and care for tools, equipment, and supplies Support shop workflow by meeting production expectations and delivery timelines Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional detailing experience (dealership or high-volume environment preferred) Strong understanding of detailing tools, chemicals, and best practices Ability to produce consistent results and maintain quality under time constraints Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Why Join Us Be part of an opening team with the chance to help set standards and processes Stable, growing operation with consistent workflow and clear expectations Professional environment that values quality, speed, and accountability Opportunity for growth as the new service center ramps up
