Full-Time Natchez Ford is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. Job Responsibilities Wash, wax, and detail new and used vehicles Clean and condition vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, dashboards, and door panels Perform thorough exterior cleaning, including wheels, tires, and windows Ensure vehicles are clean and presentation-ready for customers and the showroom Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality Follow safety procedures and dealership standards at all times Qualifications Prior automotive detailing experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Access to dental and vision insurance Access to supplemental insurance through Aflac Paid time off (PTO) Vacation time after one year of employment Six paid company holidays Steady, full-time work A supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the dealership
