We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help deliver consistent, top-tier work. Key Responsibilies Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing for: Residential clients Dealership inventory Fleet and commercial vehicles Complete services including: Full interior + exterior details Maintenance details Interior deep cleaning and stain removal Exterior decontamination and protection Ceramic coating application Deliver consistent results across both high-end vehicles and high-volume jobs Follow Xtreme Touch workflows and SOPs to maintain efficiency and quality standards Represent the company professionally on-site with clients Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment, chemicals, and the work vehicle What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable and on time Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Positive attitude and coachable Valid driver's license No experience required, we train the right person. Pay Flat-rate per vehicle (performance-based) Typical earnings start around $600+/week, with higher potential as speed and quality improve Location We provide fully mobile detailing services throughout the Raleigh-Durham (RDU) area.
