Compensation & Benefits $18-$24 per hour based on experience 100% Employee-Owned Company Employer-paid health insurance Dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holidays Uniforms provided Stable, full-time employment Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for training and advancement What You'll Do Wash, clean, and detail agricultural equipment, vehicles, and machinery Prepare equipment for display, delivery, and customer pickup Assist service technicians by moving equipment and staging units for repair Maintain clean, organized shop, wash bay, and yard areas Support general shop operations and daily workflow Complete assigned facility and maintenance tasks as needed Communicate professionally with service, parts, and sales teams Help maintain a safe and organized work environment Contribute to a positive customer experience through attention to detail What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Dependability and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and support shop operations No prior experience required, but experience in detailing or shop work is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors and in shop environments Able to work around equipment, fluids, and varying environmental conditions Why Work at West Plains Inc.?
