Automotive Detailer

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team! The Automotive Detailer will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles on our lot are meticulously cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role is crucial in enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining the reputation of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Detailing:

Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming, to ensure they are showroom-ready.

Interior Cleaning:

Clean and sanitize all interior surfaces, including upholstery, carpets, door panels, and dashboard, to remove dirt, stains, and odors.

Exterior Detailing:

Wash and polish the exterior of vehicles to remove dirt, grime, and debris, and apply protective coatings to enhance shine and durability.

Window Cleaning:

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces inside and outside of vehicles to ensure visibility and clarity.

Wheel and Tire Care:

Clean and polish wheels and tires to enhance appearance and remove brake dust and debris.

Detailing Supplies Management:

Maintain inventory of detailing supplies, including cleaning agents, polishes, and wax, and replenish as needed.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure that vehicles meet dealership standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers courteously and professionally when delivering cleaned vehicles, and address any concerns or requests they may have.

Work Area Maintenance:

Keep detailing bays, equipment, and tools clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred, but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent.
